By installing or using Sport DNA, you agree to these Terms.
Sport DNA is a fitness-assessment and training-suggestion app operated by Connected PE Pty Ltd. It estimates your athletic profile from a battery of self-administered tests and recommends sports and training that may suit your strengths.
The app is not medical, physiotherapy, or professional coaching advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new training program, especially if you have any injuries, conditions, or are recovering from an illness. If at any point during a test you feel unwell, stop immediately.
Sport DNA is intended for athletes aged 5 and over. Users under the age of 13 must use the app with parental supervision. Parents are responsible for ensuring tests are performed safely.
Sport DNA offers auto-renewing subscriptions (“Sport DNA Pro”) and consumable credits (“DNA reports”) through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Auto-renewal: Subscription periods are 1 week, 1 month, or 1 year as selected at purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Pricing: Shown in your local currency before you confirm a purchase. Prices may change; existing subscribers will be notified before any change takes effect.
Cancellation: Cancel any time from Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or via the in-app shortcut on the Settings screen. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you retain access until the end of the paid period.
Consumable credits: DNA report credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Unused credits are forfeited when you delete the app.
Welcome credit: Where offered, the welcome credit is granted at our discretion and may be removed or changed at any time.
Refunds: Refunds for any in-app purchase are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

All content within the app, including its design, branding, training plan structure, scoring system, and recommendation logic, is owned by Connected PE Pty Ltd. You retain ownership of your own data (profile details, test results, captured videos). When you share content from the app — such as a Scout DNA card or Challenge card — you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display the underlying score and your first name on the public Challenge landing page if you choose to share that link.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connected PE Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app, including any injury sustained during testing or training. You use the app at your own risk and are solely responsible for your physical safety and that of any minor under your supervision.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid to us for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app or any of its features at any time, including for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
